The company produces about 25 million meters annually of ladies dress and blouse wear fabrics such as Georgettes, Chiffons, Yoryo Chiffons, Koshibo and Satins, other than a host of specialty products. Set up in 1992 and keeping pace with technology, it has a completely computerized printing plant with 3 Flat Bed Printing machines and 2 Rotary machines and in house weaving on Nissan water jet and Ishikawa rapier machines. Digital Ink Jet systems for screen making and Ultra Sonic screen stripping system, a completely computerized design studio are all an integral part of the company. Most of Shintatex yarn comes from its sister company Sulindafin. As part of the Shinta group the continuity of yarn supply and consistency of quality is guaranteed and this gives the edge to its fabric quality.

The company is completely professionally managed with a team of highly technically qualified expatriates from Japan, Taiwan, India and Malaysia supporting highly skilled and talented Indonesian staff thus giving the company the required technical edge.
In order to keep pace with latest fashion trends it regularly scouts the European markets and is a participant in the Texworld show in Paris for the last many years and in Texworld USA right from the inception. Shintatex has its own design teams in tie up with the art and textile colleges and develops its own design range to help customers and designers.

We know that customers are racing against time and are able to promise and deliver as follows:

• A maximum of 7 days for lab dips
• 2 weeks for Strike offs
• 4 weeks from approval for bulk where greige is available.
• 6 weeks where there is no greige.

It is interesting to note that the company stocks about 4 million meters of fabric so that greige availability for the customers does not become an issue.
Color matching is automatically done on color computers and anything even slightly out of tolerance is corrected on line. This is the extent that Shintatex goes in ensuring that the customer gets exactly what they are looking for.
