Set up in 1992 and keeping pace with technology, it has a completely computerized printing plant with 3 Flat Bed Printing machines and 2 Rotary machines and in house weaving on Nissan water jet and Ishikawa rapier machines. Digital Ink Jet systems for screen making and Ultra Sonic screen stripping system, a completely computerized design studio are all an integral part of the company. Most of Shintatex yarn comes from its sister company Sulindafin. We know that customers are racing against time and are able to promise and deliver as follows:
• A maximum of 7 days for lab dips
• 2 weeks for Strike offs
• 4 weeks from approval for bulk where greige is available.
• 6 weeks where there is no greige.
It is interesting to note that the company stocks about 4 million meters of fabric so that greige availability for the customers does not become an issue.
Color matching is automatically done on color computers and anything even slightly out of tolerance is corrected on line. This is the extent that Shintatex goes in ensuring that the customer gets exactly what they are looking for.
